Pricing Notes

Dance Routines:
Each competition fee includes two dance performances.
Each additional dance performance is $300 (1-day challenge) or $450 (2-day event).

Coaching Fees:
3 Coaches per team are always FREE at any CSG/Nation’s Choice event.
Each additional coach is $25 per person.

Parking Fees:
Parking fees are determined by the venue.

Registration Discounts

School & Recreation teams automatically receive a 44% discount off the on-time rate, therefore those teams are not eligible for some of the following discounts.

Super Early Discount: All-Star Cheer & Dance Teams Only
If you “register and pay” for your event(s) prior to August 1st you will receive a $20 per person discount off any Team Champion event.

Note: Holiday Classic (if used as a part of the Value Pak) is not eligible for the August 1st Super Early Bird discount.

Early Bird Discount: All-Star Cheer & Dance Teams Only
If you register and pay for your event more than 60 days prior to the event date you will receive a $5 per person discount.

Value Pak: All-Star Cheer & Dance Teams Only
3 Events for only $65 (Two 1-Day Challenges at the “Super Early Bird Rate” + Holiday Classic for FREE).

Refund & Transfer Requests

Refund requests will be handled in the following manner:

Cancellations or Drops received prior to the “on-time” registration deadline will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations or Drops will ONLY be accepted via our online change form.
Cancellations or Drops received between 15-29 days prior to the event will be honored, but a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your registration payment will be assessed.
All cancellations or Drops received within 14 days of the event will be processed.  However, all registration fees at this point are non-refundable.

Note:  Any refunds (for overpayment) will be processed within 14 days of the conclusion of the event.

Transfer of fees to a future event will be handled in the following manner:

15-29 days prior to event: 75% transfer of overpaid fees toward a future Team Champion event
8-14 days prior to event: 50% transfer of overpaid fees toward a future Team Champion event
7 days or less: No transfer allowed

Can we get a refund or transfer for individuals?

Yes and No.  There are no refunds for individual participants at any time.  However, the dropped participant can be replaced with someone else from the program, as long as they fit the division age/grade requirements and compete in the same division.  These transfers must occur no later than the Wednesday prior to the event at Noon CST.

Will I receive a refund if I am not allowed to compete because I have not fulfilled the USASF Athlete ID requirements?

No refunds or transfers will be issued if your gym fails to meet the minimum requirements for all all-star programs this season at sanctioned events.

All all-star gyms that attend USASF Sanctioned events (which all Team Champion events are sanctioned) are required for their gym/organization to a member of the USASF, and all of the athletes in that organization must be registered online through the USASF.  There is a fee associated with being a gym member.  There is a FREE option for athlete membership, and a paid membership option.
